Single-issue questions, breed-fit checks, basic training questions, recommendations. If your situation is well-defined and I can answer in 200–400 words, the reply is free.
Multi-dog dynamics, established reactivity, behavioural concerns with a long history, big life changes (move, baby, illness). These get a multi-page written plan. Quoted before any work begins.
Take your time with this. The more specific you are — what the dog actually does, in what context, with what history — the more useful my reply can be. Vague descriptions get vague answers, and neither of us wants that.
There’s no character limit on the longer fields. Write as much as you need.
